Terms of Service

1. The service

AxioAPI is a unified API gateway to many third-party data services (SMS, temporary email, email validation, SEO, proxies, AI, social media and other utilities) through a single API key. The endpoint catalog may change when upstream providers change.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and verify it before using the API.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys secret. Every request made with your API key is treated as made by you.
• One free account per person or organization. Creating multiple accounts to collect free credits violates these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use AxioAPI to:

• Commit fraud, scams or impersonation, or mass-create accounts on other services to abuse promotions.
• Send spam, distribute malware or attack other people's systems.
• Collect personal data unlawfully or in breach of the source platform's terms.
• Bypass verification by financial institutions or government bodies, or carry out unlawful transactions.
• Deliberately exceed rate limits, probe, or overload the AxioAPI system.
• Resell API access without a written agreement.

Temporary phone numbers and inboxes are shared, public resources; do not use them for important accounts or sensitive data.

4. Plans, credits and payment

• Plan and top-up prices are listed on the Pricing page and in Billing. Prices are in USD; any VND amount shown is an indicative conversion.
• Each request consumes credits at the endpoint's rate. Requests that fail because of a provider or AxioAPI error are refunded automatically.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Payments are processed by PayPal, payOS or PayerScan. A transaction is complete when the gateway confirms it.
• Refunds: you may request a refund within 7 days of a top-up if none of the credits from that top-up have been used. Accounts suspended for breaching these terms are not refunded.

5. Limits and availability

Each plan has requests-per-minute and requests-per-day limits. We work to keep the service running and fail over automatically when a provider has problems, but we do not guarantee a specific uptime unless agreed in a separate SLA. Results from third-party sources are provided “as is” without a guarantee of absolute accuracy.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an API key or account when we detect a breach of Section 3, signs of a compromised account, or a payment dispute. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AxioAPI's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 3 months. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost revenue or lost data arising from the use of API results.

8. Privacy

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

When these terms change we update the date at the top of this page. For changes that affect your rights we notify you by email at least 7 days before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation via [email protected].
